Shipping and returns

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to get your package ready for its journey.

Once your order is with the post office, it usually takes:

• Domestic: 3 to 7 business days.
• International: 2 to 4 weeks, depending on where you are in the world.

To keep shipping costs as soft as possible for you, our smallest items like letters and stickers are sent via standard letter mail, which does not include tracking. For larger treasures, you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

If your package has not arrived after the expected time, or if it arrives feeling a little bruised from its journey, please just send us a note. We want to make sure Amelie's world brings you nothing but joy, and we will always do our best to fix it.

For our international friends, please keep in mind that your country may apply customs fees or import taxes. These are out of our hands and are the responsibility of the lovely person receiving the package.

At Happy Days of Amelie, every product is thoughtfully curated and made with care. Because of the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.
